CMOPM and CMFIMA at PROSWEETS 2015
On interactive touch screens, each one dedicated for any line of products, you can discover the latest releases in terms of cocoa processing, chocolate preparation, moulding, wrapping, primary and secondary packaging.
On the Chocolate Preparation display you can select any machinery from pre-refining to tempering: the automatic two rolls pre-refiners HCP, the five rolls refiner HFI with the new fineness control system “Micronsense” and the new Energy Saving System, the new horizontal conching machine with a single stirrer ALPHA and the vertical temperer machine BETA X.
On the Moulding one, you’ll find both intermittent and continuous moulding lines, covering 650, 850, 1000 and 1200 sizes, the new intermittent (and the smallest of the family) NANOFLEX 275 and the depositors, with the classic version of the CORE and the special new depositor AERO CORE, based on the AILP (Always In-Line Pistons) technology (Patent Pending), suitable for dosing aerated pressurized masses.
On the Wrapping screen, you can touch all the news in monostyle and multistyle high speed wrapping machines from CMFIMA, each one especially dedicated for all different kinds of chocolate: any style of pralines, tablets & bars, hollow figures & eggs; and a complete series of wrapping machines for candies.
In the Primary Packaging display, the horizontal flow-wrappers JT PRO and JT EVO for chocolate bars, biscuits in stacks and the new release with a special servo driven high speed rotary cross-transfer able to perfectly wrap biscuits on slugs.
Finally, on the last one you can discover all the Secondary Packaging releases, with the different configurations of the new TLP trifunctional cells, the new WA wrap-around machines and the FAST PICKER cells for assembling and packaging of products.
